Description	This is an alkaline anion exchange membrane with PTFE support for easier handling and increased durability. It is designed for use with a supporting electrolyte and is optimized for anion exchange water electrolyzers.
Notice For Use	It consequently must be converted to the hydroxide form by exposing the membrane to a strong base. It is recommended to soak the membrane in a large bath of 1M KOH for 24 - 48 hours to convert the chloride form into the hydroxide form. This activation also helps in strengthening the membrane via cross-linking with KOH. Please note that during this process, the membrane will swell and separate from the PET liner. The PET liner can then be discarded after separation.
