FEP Aqueous Fluoropolymer Dispersion

INQUIRY
Catalog Number ACMA00063002
Description The product is an off-white, aqueous dispersion of fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) stabilized with nonionic surfactants. It is a versatile dispersion that can be used to impart some of FEP's unique properties to the final product that are difficult to create using traditional melt extrusion processes. It can be used to coat or impregnate porous structures or create thin films. It can be coated and melt bonded to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin or used as a hot melt adhesive.
The FEP resin in the product is a melt-flow thermoplastic with excellent properties typical of fluoropolymer resins: performance remains after use at 204°C and useful properties remain at -240°C .
