Description	WCX-O Mixed-Mode silica-based columns contain weak cation exchange with hydrophobic alkyl functional groups which are developed for reversed-phase, weak cation-exchange, and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography modes. WCX-O consists of chemically attached hydrophobic alkyl chain with carboxylic acid for hydrophobic reversed-phase and weak cation-exchange functionality. The technique of SAM is used in the bonding process to significantly increase the functional ligand density.
