Description This product is a PK-enhanced cation exchange membrane (CEM) with high hydroxyl blocking ability, high selectivity, high mechanical stability, and high stability in acidic and alkaline environments.

Application Process for concentrating alkaline solutions, electrodialysis and electrodialysis with bipolar membranes.
Storage Dry form: Membranes can be stored dry for an unlimited period of time. However, the membrane must be conditioned (washed and rinsed) before use.
Wet form: Available for short- and medium-term storage (hours to weeks) in unsealed containers in 0.5 - 1.5 wt% NaCl solution or similar neutral pH electrolyte.

Notice For Use Membranes are delivered in H and dry versions. Depending on the application and cell design, assembly can be done in dry (without pretreatment) or wet form.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to rinse the membrane in a NaCl solution (e.g., 0.5 M NaCl solution at 25°C for 24 hours) to remove any additives on the membrane.
Place the membrane sample between stabilizing mesh/spacers to avoid curling.
Do not let the film dry as micro-cracks may appear during shrinkage.
