Catalog Number ACMA00046668
Structure
Description This resin is an acid labile resin widely used to prepare amides, amide derivatives, and other organic molecules. Rink amide linker can be employed directly as an alkylated diversity scaffold to yield N-alkylated amides upon cleavage from the solid support. Although the rink technology is limited to the preparation of amides and carboxylic acids, the utility of Rink-chloride can allow the attachment of various nucleophiles with a wide range of functional groups to the resin, such as amines, alcohols and thiols. In addition, the method of Rink resin trifluoroacetate can be used to prepare phenols and purines.
